As soon as you walk through the doors of POPT, you’ll be warmly greeted by Tracy Golding, our bright and friendly Client Care Manager. You can come to Tracy with any questions about your appointment schedule, your insurance, and certainly for some friendly conversation! She loves getting to know each of our patients and their families, and making sure they enjoy every moment of their visit. From your first phone call to your graduation day, Tracy will be there to help make your PT experience a positive one! As our Head of Administrative Development, Tracy creates and implements all training programs for the entire Client Care team, and also takes the lead on many more administrative projects, programs, and policies. As she hones her team’s top-notch skills, Tracy ensures your needs are met and expectations exceeded!
Tracy, a Riverdale native, returned to New Jersey in December 2009 after living in South Carolina for nine years where she attended Winthrop University and studied Journalism and Graphic Design. Tracy’s love for writing and literature has given her the gift of being both an outstanding listener and an excellent conversationalist!
When not at POPT, Tracy can be found enjoying time with her family and friends, taking pleasure in the great outdoors or reading a good book! With her zeal for life and adventure, she loves to conquer her own fears and will try anything at least once!
